About the Project
At the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS), Alio led a multi-system integration initiative to improve clinical placement operations and student data management across the university. The initiative connected Salesforce to Core for active clinical site account creation and placement readiness, and Jenzabar to both Core and Salesforce for student creation and record alignment.
Objectives
Connect approved and active clinical site accounts in Salesforce to Core so placement teams can work with current site data.
Create and align student records from Jenzabar into Core and Salesforce to reduce duplicate and mismatched data.
Increase operational visibility across Clinical Education and Enrollment teams with clearer cross-system status and readiness signals.
Reduce manual reconciliation and spreadsheet-heavy workflows that slowed placement and onboarding operations.
Challenge
USAHS relied on Salesforce, Core, and Jenzabar to support different stages of the student lifecycle. As operations scaled, teams faced manual maintenance of clinical sites across systems, limited real-time visibility into active placement-ready sites, and frequent student-record mismatches that delayed onboarding. The challenge was to unify these workflows while keeping data ownership clear and integration reliability high.
